A 275,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme on the corner of Oxford Street and Charing Cross Road, directly above Tottenham Court Road station, designed by AHMM Architects and comprising 204,000 sq ft of offices, 37,000 sq ft of retail, a 350-seat theatre and new public realm.
